Experience Required:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Management
  • Preferably with 2+ years in senior management role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Mibco bargaining council (or experience with other bargaining council ) would be beneficial
• Comprehensive knowledge of BBBEE codes and requirements
• Proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Proficiency in HR administration processes

Duties

We are currently seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our team at Auto and Truck Tyre, a leading company in the Automotive and Manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, performance management, and recruitment, with specific experience working within the Mibco bargaining council framework. Additionally, the candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of the BBBEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) code to ensure compliance and promote diversity within our organization.

1. HR Administration:
1. Manage all aspects of HR administration, including but not limited to employee records management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
2. Performance Management:
1. Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and support employee development.
2. Work closely with department managers to set performance goals and objectives aligned with organizational objectives.
3. Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance on performance improvement strategies.
3. Recruitment
1. Lead the recruitment and selection process for all levels of positions within the organization, from job posting to onboarding.
2. Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce.
3. Collaborate with internal and external recruiters to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and cost-effective hiring.
4. BBBEE Compliance:
1. Ensure compliance with BBBEE codes and requirements, including skills development, employment equity, and preferential procurement.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance BBBEE compliance and promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
3. Monitor and report on BBBEE performance and progress towards goals.
5. Training and Development:
1. Work in promoting the origination as learning organisation.
2. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and competencies.
3. Identify training needs through performance evaluations, skills assessments, and organizational goals.
4. Coordinate training team on industry and managerial training through workshops, and other learning opportunities, both internally and externally.
