SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity presents itself for a HR Manager within a well established manufacturing concern!

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

NQF level 7 qualification in HR, Industrial Psychology or Social Science
A minimum of 8 years in a managerial position
A minimum of 5 years in managing payroll, knowledge of SAGE
Registration with a professional body highly advantageous
Strong understanding of Labour Laws and regulations, i.e LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, BBBEE
Act, Skills Development, B-BBEE
Computer Literacy, with strong knowledge of Strong MS Office suite
Strong knowledge of Sage Payroll, SARS e-filing and Easy file functionalities

HR Admin and management
Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding
Management of Employment Benefits
Training and Development
Management of B-BBEE
Employment Equity
Industrial Relations
Payroll
