SUMMARY:
Our client, based in the East Rand is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
This individual will be responsible for managing the full HR function, including but not limited to:

Strategic planning
Recruitment and talent acquisition
Employee relations
Performance management
Compensation and benefits
Compliance and risk management

Minimum requirements:

Relevant degree (HR, Industrial Relations, etc.)
10 years experience
Experience in various aspects of HR, including unions
Experience managing a team of 5 people
