The role requires a balance of compliance, employee engagement, and day‑to‑day HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full HR function management, including policies, procedures, and HR compliance in line with South African labour legislation
• Employee lifecycle management: Recruitment, onboarding, performance management, discipline, and exits
• Manage Employment Equity, B‑BBEE support, Skills Development Plans, and statutory submissions
• Oversee COIDA administration, workmen’s compensation claims, and letters of good standing
• Maintain accurate employee records, manage leave and HR reporting, and support leadership on HR matters

Who Should Apply:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
• Proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role
• Solid knowledge of LRA, BCEA, EE, and general HR compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and support a fast‑paced business environment
