A leading IT firm based in Midrand is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their company.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description/Duties:
 Plan and coordinate an organization’s workforce
 Link an organization’s management with their employees
 Plan and oversee employee benefit programs
 Compensation and benefits.
 Serve as a consultant with other managers advising them on human resources issues, such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
 Coordinate and supervise the work staff
 Oversee an organization’s interview and hiring processes
 Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
 Learning & development.
 Succession planning.
 Human Resources Information Systems, HR data and analytics.


Minimum Requirements:
 Matric Qualification.
 5 years'' relevant experience in Human Resources Management.
 HR Degree/ other relevant qualification.
 Valid driver''s license and own vehicle.
