A leading property management company is looking for a Human Resources Manager, who is passionate about people and all things HR

POSITION INFO:

Job Purpose:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing advice to Managers and Employees to maximise performance and ensure legislative compliance.
This role contributes value-adding deliverables to the business by contributing to the development; implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures based on relevant legislation and contemporary HR management practices, thus providing efficient, consistent, and timely delivery of HR services to the business.

Qualifications & Experience

B-Tech, Diploma or Relevant HR Degree
3-5 Years HR Generalist experience
Core knowledge of HR principles, theories, and concepts
Handling of Disciplinary Procedures
Experience in Performance Management
Experience in Employee Relations and Change Management
Exposure with an HRIS system
Experience in similar services and industry is a plus
Experience working in a multinational company, with Africa experience
