A leading property management company is looking for a Human Resources Manager, who is passionate about people and all things HR

POSITION INFO:

Job Purpose:

• The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing advice to Managers and Employees to maximise performance and ensure legislative compliance. 
• This role contributes value-adding deliverables to the business by contributing to the development; implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures based on relevant legislation and contemporary HR management practices, thus providing efficient, consistent, and timely delivery of HR services to the business.  

Qualifications & Experience

• B-Tech, Diploma or Relevant HR Degree
• 3-5 Years HR Generalist experience
• Core knowledge of HR principles, theories, and concepts
• Handling of Disciplinary Procedures
• Experience in Performance Management
• Experience in Employee Relations and Change Management
• Exposure with an HRIS system
• Experience in similar services and industry is a plus
• Experience working in a multinational company, with Africa experience
