Our Client is looking for an HR Manager in Sandton

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

5-10 years HR Management experience in a manufacturing concern (blue-collar)
Creating and implementing both local and Global HR Strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy
Contributing towards creating a positive work environment for both employees and managers
Experience working on VIP Sage or PaySpace is a requirement
Must have experience representing employers at the CCMA
Recruitment, Selection of Internal and External Talent
Retention of Internal Talent and Onboarding of External Talent
Payroll Management; Maintain Payroll master data on Payspace and HRIS as well as maintaining Payroll supplier relations
Managing and Communication of Employee benefits like Medical Aid, Insurance and provident fund
Cost Management and Budgets
Employment Equity and Skills Development Pan
Employee Wellness
