SUMMARY:
Our Client is looking for an HR Manager in Sandton

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

• 5-10 years HR Management experience in a manufacturing concern (blue-collar)
• Creating and implementing both local and Global HR Strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy
• Contributing towards creating a positive work environment for both employees and managers
• Experience working on VIP Sage or PaySpace is a requirement
• Must have experience representing employers at the CCMA
• Recruitment, Selection of Internal and External Talent
• Retention of Internal Talent and Onboarding of External Talent
• Payroll Management; Maintain Payroll master data on Payspace and HRIS as well as maintaining Payroll supplier relations
• Managing and Communication of Employee benefits like Medical Aid, Insurance and provident fund
• Cost Management and Budgets
• Employment Equity and Skills Development Pan
• Employee Wellness
