POSITION INFO:

Are you a dynamic HR Manager? We are recruiting for a candidate that is a game-changer.

Requirements:

Matric with Degree/Diploma in HR

Excellent communication skills

At least 10 years working experience within a HR Management role

Duties:

Full HR function

IR = Disciplinary meetings and actions / Representing at Bargaining Council and CCMA

Recruitment and Onboarding function

Performance and Career Management

Training and Development

Planning and implementation of training interventions, learnerships and workplace experience

Training reports

Completing, reporting and implementation of HR/Training plans

Administration of Salaries - monthly payroll information / leave / sick leave

Employment Equity

Ensuring compliance and implementation of all equity plans and procedures

Updating and maintaining all HR systems

Ad-hoc administrative duties
