SUMMARY:
We are currently looking for an HR Manager preferably from a manufacturing industry.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Employee relations; performance management and talent management
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Develop and implement HR strategies
Manage a performance appraisal system that initiates high performance
Recruitment
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
Create and enhance a positive working environment
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance
continuous identification, sourcing and implementation of labour cost reduction programs and initiatives
Experience with Human Resources metrics
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices

Experience and qualification

Previous HR Experience is essential
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
