SUMMARY:

Our client is a leading distributor of IP Convergence solutions.
They supply only best-of-breed products, providing strong after-sales service, technical support, internationally certified trainings, as well as finance solutions to our customers. They are currently in search for an HR Manager.

POSITION INFO:

Duties

Must be very knowledgeable of Labour Laws and ISO Requirements

- Must have some experience with Skills Development and BEE Drives

- Must be strong with internal recruiting

- Must be strong in both Excel and Word

- Must have a great passion for people

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification

- 5 Years’ experience in a company with +50 employees

- Experience with CRM system e.g. SAP

- Experience in the IT/ICT Industry Qualifications

- Grade 12/Matric Certificate

- Relevant HR Diploma (A Degree would be preferrable)
