HR Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client in the mining contractors industry is currently looking for a HR Manager

POSITION INFO:
Performs highly complex Human Resources related duties at the professional level and carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, training, compliance, and recognition. Administers HR policies and procedures. Collects and analyzes HR data, assists the HR Manager with tasks as assigned and makes recommendations to Management. Coach and support new HR team members.

Minimum requirements

• Relevant HR degree or diploma 
• At least 3 years HR manager experience in a mining / contractor environment 
• Residing in Lydenburg area or willing to relocate at own costs 
• Contactable references
