A well-established higher education institution is seeking a Senior HR Officer on a 3-month temporary contract. This is an exciting opportunity for seasoned HR professionals to contribute to a dynamic academic environment and support critical HR functions

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
• Honours degree (highly advantageous)
• 6 Years’ solid experience in a comprehensive HR Generalist role
• Proven experience in end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR advisory
• Exposure to higher education or large, complex organisations will be highly beneficial
• Strong working knowledge of South African labour legislation
• Advanced proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools (e.g. HRIS, Excel, HR analytics platforms)
• Preference will be given to candidates who can start immediately
