POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Must have 5 to 10 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager
HR Degree is a must
Payspace literacy will be an advantage

Must have the ability to work in a highly pressurised environment

Responsibilities:

Recruitment, selection of Internal and External Talent
Retention of Internal Talent and Onboarding of External Talent
Employee Relations
Payroll Management
Cost Management and Budgets
Employment Equity and Skills Development Plan
COVID-19 Related Matters

Salary Structure:

50 000 CTC to 55 000 CTC
