SUMMARY:
This company is part of a larger group in the mining and construction industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive generalist Human Resource Management experience focussed mainly on Industrial Relations. A relevant qualification is essential.

POSITION INFO:

This position reports directly to the MD
A formal Human Resources and Industrial Relations qualification is essential
Must be senior and have managed an HR division.
Must be very strong on labour relations.
Experience dealing with on-site staff compliment of approximately 600 workers
Responsible for the full generalist Human Resources and Industrial Relations function.
Must have worked in a Unionised environment.
Mining and construction environment an advantage.
