SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

The incumbent will be responsible for the following key functions:

Development and implementation of HR strategy
Workforce planning and sourcing (talent management)
Personnel remuneration
Performance management
Succession and career planning
Training and development
Organisational development (implementation of organisational initiatives / changes)
Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Reporting and administration
Employment relations (disciplinary, trade union relations, CCMA engagements)
Employee administration & support

Requirements:

Honours Degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology
Registration with the SABPP as a chartered HR Professional will be an advantage
Approximately 10 yearsâ€™ experience in a similar HR management position
Professional knowledge of HR best practices and labour law
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities (English & Afrikaans)
Well-developed computer skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership qualities
Confident and self-assured
Highly motivated and performance orientated
