M. Degree in Social Sciences. 10 to 12 years of experience in a senior HR Generalist role. Plans, directs and coordinates Human Resource Management activities of the Company in terms of staffing, remuneration, training and development and employee and labour relations. Job evaluations, psychometric assessments, conflict resolution, IR skills and labour legislation, payroll systems and benefit programs. MS Office Intermediate and Advanced skills
