Human Resources Manager– Gauteng – EE (Employment Equity)
R500k - R 650k

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main duties and responsibilities

General HR management
Participating in the roll-out of HR initiatives/Projects
Calculating and providing employees with annual fringe benefit allowance; review enrolment forms for accuracy and coordinate enrolment with third-party administrators
Assuring compliance with vendor guidelines by preparing letters and other paperwork as directed; receiving and recording vendor insurance premium payments
Ensuring training is recorded and registers are kept
Identifying learning options, including online solutions, to support cultural change and building capability within the organisation
Ensuring EE committees are actioned, and plans are implemented according to Business plan and legislation
Conduct Learning and development initiatives that support the HR strategy
Assisting in the recruitment process
Researching, analysing, and interpreting employment laws and HR policies
Aiding with BBBEE verification audits

The ideal candidate has:

Degree in HR and Business Management
5 – 8 Years’ experience in HR and IR.
Must have advanced Excel knowledge
Experience with HRIS systems and Sage 300
Travel and tourism experience
BBBEE knowledge
