JOB DESCRIPTION:

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

Define and drive an integrated people management approach and strategy under the guidance of the leadership team
Day-to-day general HR Support
Recruitment and Selection
Review all current policies and practices for fairness and compliance
Draft new policies and practices as required from time to time
Prepare and present training and Development Policies and Practices in support of business and individual needs
Advice and support management with the design, implementation and coordination of performance management processes and procedures to assess and improve performance
Payroll experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5-10 years experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise in training and development
Strong IR knowledge
VIP Payroll
