Our client in the property sector is looking to grow their team with a HR manager. The privately held property investment and development company has a rich history. With s history the privately owned and managed fund coover 30 yearvers all area of the real estate industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The HR Manager is responsible for effectively leading the Companies’ HR department/s and to comply with all HR needs including, effective behaviours and performance, Training and Development, Organisation Culture, Recruitment, Organisational Effectiveness- Driving standardisation, Fairness and transparency across the group of companies. By doing this the HR Manager is expected to actively contribute to the achievement of the business objectives.

Qualification:
BCOM Degree – Human Resources Management
