JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in Rustenburg is currently looking for a full function HR manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Performs highly complex Human Resources related duties at the professional level and carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas:
employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, training, compliance, and recognition. Administers HR policies and procedures.

Collects and analyzes HR data, assists the HR Manager with tasks as assigned and makes recommendations to Management. Coach and support new HR team members.

CCMA experience is a requirement
Must have knowledge of Employment equity reports, Skills development reporting and payroll reporting

Minimum requirements

Relevant HR degree or diploma will be an added advantage
At least 3 years HR manager experience in a Engineering /mining / contractor environment
Experience working as a HR manager with full HR function
High paced environment working experience
Good stress management skills
