JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human resources
10 years’ experience working in HR with 5 years’ experience as a HR Manager
Excellent labour relations knowledge
Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written) & interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking as well as problem-solving skills
Must be detail orientated with the ability to work in a pressurized environment
High level of self-motivation, determination & commitment
