Qualification/s Required:
• Relevant tertiary HR Qualification.

Experience Required:
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Must have immersively supported a business and have had close alignment to strategic imperatives

Key Responsibilities:
• Full range of HR generalist functions from onboarding to off-boarding and the HR life cycle in between
• Act as a brand ambassador, and be a welcoming point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, external partners and the extended community.
• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the people and culture and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Strive for the recruitment of high quality and high caliber candidates.
• Training, counseling, and coaching the employees in your portfolio.
• Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
• Create positions on payroll and load employees on the Sage system.
