JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is such a unique opportunity to add this high-profile, multinational organisation to your CV whilst my client is away on maternity leave. Fulfill the full spectrum of duties and responsibilities of the HR Manager at this boutique hotel based in the beautiful Cape Winelands. A minimum of five years’ experience together with a relevant qualification and working knowledge of HR Strategy, Operational Budgets as well as Recruitment and Employer Branding are required for your application to be considered. Experience in the hospitality industry at a 5 Star level will give you the competitive edge over other candidates. Due to location, a valid drivers’ licence and reliable transport are essential. Very attractive remuneration package is on offer to the successful candidate.
