JOB SUMMARY:
Warehousing Head Office, has a new opportunity for a HR Manager (EE). Take control of the full HR function for a highly successful organization and provide HR direction and support to the organizations Executives and Line Management. Be responsible for ensuring that HR policies and practices are implemented in line with best practice and organization standards. Evaluate HR solutions and devise and deliver new and improved ways of meeting overall business and people objectives.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Report directly to the CEO. Completed B.Com (HR Management) or B.Tech coupled with 5-8 years related experience. Solid experience with BBBEE alignment and all related labour department reporting; create and maintain sound employee management solutions; onboarding/induction and terminations; experience in the full function disciplinary and hearings process; identify areas of potential conflict; people and performance management; design and set-up of HR policies and procedures and implementation thereof; good business acumen and project management skills etc. Good exposure to MSOffice Suite and proficient in speaking in English, Afrikaans, Northern Sotho and/or Zulu highly advantageous. Position would ideally suit a female.
