HR Manager - EE position

SUMMARY:
We are requiring an HR manager to manage a leading product suppliers full HR function across their branches. Excellent position to take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, learning and development.
We require your minimum five years experience as an HR manager and knowledge around all legal requirements for this role.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management.
Min 5 years experience as an HR Manager within a supply chain / manufacturing concern
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff
Experience educating, mentoring and coaching staff
Excellent communication skills
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations
Ability and experience managing matters with disciplinary and CCMA requirements
Computer Literate in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
 
DUTIES
Managing of all HR requirements within the company
Recruitment of staff
Manage detailed job descriptions
Maintaining a smooth onboarding process
Training, counselling and coaching of staff
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
Carrying out necessary administrative duties
Conducting performance and wage review.
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
Creating clear and concise report.
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures
Attending CCMA proceedings
Maintaining employee and workplace privacy
Oversee payroll details, checking overtime and leave calculations
Attend management meetings
Managing BEE administration
Mange KPI”s
Additional ad-hoc requirements within the organisation
Ensure that all staff understand and comply with Companies Policies and Procedures
 
Salary: R35 – R40k CTC, dependent on experience
