HR MANAGER R800K CTC JET PARK FREIGHT FORWARDING CO. 170 EMPLOYEES non-unionised environment start date FEB/MARCH 2023

International freight forwarding company require the services of a qualified HR MANAGER with a minimum of 6 years HR experience.

Emphasis on SOFT SKILLS IN A NON-UNIONISED ENVIRONMENT

Duties & Responsibilities

Draft and keep record of updated job descriptions/ job specs

Induction and exit interviews.

Employment Wellness initiatives and support employees experiencing wellness challenges

Take accountability for Employment Equity, BEE SCORECARD and Occupational

Health & Safety.

Draft HR Policies and Procedures to provide clarity to staff and guidelines

for the business.

Training and Development - Identify training needs and organising relevant training requirements

and general supervision of staff development..

Performance Management, facilitating the disciplinary process where necessary

Desired Experience & Qualification

BACHELORS DEGREE HR MANAGEMENT OR SIMILAR

OWN CAR ESSENTIAL

STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS and ABILITY TO MAINTAIN SOUND RELATIONSHIPS WITH EMPLOYEES, AND REMAIN APPROACHABLE TO SUPPORT STAFF AND DEPARTMENT HEADS.

DEADLINE DRIVEN

6 YEARS PLUS EXPERIENCE in previous HR management roles.

EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH SOFT SKILLS

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, BEE, EMPLOYEE WELLNESS, HEALTH & SAFETY

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH RECRUITMENT INCLUDING JOB DESCRIPTIONS/JOB SPECS
