We’re seeking a hands-on HR Manager to partner with leaders, shape people strategies, and foster a positive employee experience across South Africa.

POSITION INFO:
Bring your Industrial Relations expertise — including CCMA processes and Section 197 transfers — to support client operations and ensure smooth workforce transitions, while also managing day-to-day employee relations, engagement, and performance.

Minimum requirements:
You’ll have a relevant HR qualification (B-Tech, Diploma, or Degree) and ideally experience in service-oriented industries, such as facilities, property, mining, BPO, or client-facing services.
