JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
The purpose of this job is to plan, organise and administer the Company’s Human Resources department to ensure professional assistance with managing employee / management relations, ensuring policies and procedures are upheld, working to ensure legal compliance and effective administration of the function

1. Recruitment and selection
2. The appointment and onboarding process
3. Job Profilling / descriptions
4. HR Systems Management
5. Performance reviews and appraisal
6. Human resource administration
7. Employee engagement and well-being
8. Legislative compliance – LRA, BCEA, Skills, COID, UIF, EE
9. Managing employee benefits

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1. Degree in HR.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR role.
3. Experience in managing key labour legislation compliance.
