SUMMARY:
HR- OHS coordinator position available for a dynamic company based on the East Rand

POSITION INFO:

EE / AA position
Matric and relevant qualification
Assisting in the operations of the HR functions
Process trip sheets and attendance register and clock in and clock out reports for payroll processing
Workmen's compensation claims
Assist with initial induction to newly hired employees
Developing Health and Safety plans, programmes and procedures
Compliance with Health and Safety legislation
Identify OHS training needs
HSE meetings, statistics
Monthly compliance audits
Incident investigation
Risk assessment
