SUMMARY:

Looking for an experienced HR Officer to provide HR support for project teams in Secunda.

POSITION INFO:

HR Officer

Report to: Operations
Seniority Level: Mid-Career (3 - 5 yrs exp)
Region: Secunda Mpumalanga

Duties and Responsibilities:

Administer employee contracts, onboarding, and terminations for project personnel.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance.
Assist in recruitment, shortlisting, and scheduling of interviews for project roles.
Coordinate medicals, inductions, and site access requirements.
Support line management with employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
Compile monthly HR reports and assist payroll with accurate timesheet submissions.
Ensure compliance with BCEA, LRA, and company HR policies.

Requirements:

National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management.
3–5 years’ HR experience, preferably in industrial, construction, or petrochemical sectors.
Solid understanding of HR compliance and site-based HR administration.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
