SUMMARY:
A dynamic clothing supplier based in Verulam is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR support and ensuring smooth HR operations within the business.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year HR experience in a similar role
Experience working on Sage Pastel (non-negotiable)
Strong understanding of basic HR processes and procedures
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve employee HR queries efficiently
Assist with payroll input and HR administration on Sage Pastel
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
Assist with leave administration and attendance tracking
Provide general HR support to management and staff
