SUMMARY:
Our client is an international giant within the engineering and manufacturing sector. They are looking to employ an HR Officer with a diverse set of skills and responsibilities.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Provided direct support to the General Manager
Handled all IR matters, including disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
Performed internal audits to ensure ISO 9001 compliance
Oversaw full payroll function
Managed system and IT improvement projects
Prepared reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
Coordinated events, meetings, and administrative projects
Maintained filing systems, databases, and confidential documentation
Conducted research and compiled information for decision-making

Requirements:

Relevant degree/diploma in HR
