SUMMARY:
HR Officer - Midrand

POSITION INFO:

Looking for an HR Officer to join a welknown company in the Media Industry, to provide HR support and advice to the business through the management and co-ordination of HR administration and processes. The successful candidate will also manage employee relations and ensure that all HR policies and pratices are compliant with the South African Labour Legaislation.

HR Documentation & Administration
HR Compliance and reporting
Skills Development
Employee engagement and wellness

Other requirements

Must have a relevant HR qualification
At least 4 -5 years'' experience in HR
Excellent computer skills - Word, Excel, Powerpoint and VIP
Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good admin skills
Ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail
