Lexdan Select is assisting a technology and manufacturing company with their search for a HR Officer, based in Cape Town, Northern Suburbs.

POSITION INFO:
The key responsibilities for the HR Officer role are:

Act as a strategic partner to various business units
To advise on HR policies
Run recruitment processes
Onboarding of new employees
Performance management

The role requires:

Qualification in HR
Min 3 years experience in HR
Experience within the tech sector, or a related sector
Ability to work in fast paced environment
