HR Officer urgently required

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities / Duties include:

Recruitment
Employee onboarding
Disciplinary procedures
Employee Wellness
Training and development of employees
Submission to Payroll
Create awareness of company policies and procedures
Monitoring attendance and timesheets
Implementing existing policies and procedures, create awareness and provide training
General administrative support
Internal company communication

Requirements

Min 3 year Bachelors degree in Human Resources or similar
Ideally 3 to 5 years of general HR experience
Knowledge of South African laws and HR compliance and regulations
An understanding of, and insight into, the BCEA, LRA, OHS, EE and POPI Acts
Excellent communication skills
Competent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
