HR Officer - Logistics and Transport

SUMMARY:
Our client is a leading global transport and logistics company with an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to provide the full spectrum of on-site HR support to their Warehouse and Transport divisions in Gauteng.

POSITION INFO:
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and has strong experience in labour relations, employee relations and generalist HR within the logistics, transport, warehousing or road freight industry. The Role You will provide comprehensive on-site HR support across the various divisions, partnering with management and employees to ensure effective people practices and strong employee relations. Your responsibilities will include: HR administration and generalist HR support Recruitment and selection Training and development Performance management Talent management Employee relations and labour relations CCMA representation NBCRFLI representation and related matters Providing HR guidance and support to management and employees Ensuring compliance with relevant HR policies, procedures and legislation What We''re Looking For Relevant Degree - non-negotiable: BCom in Industrial Psychology, Psychology or Human Resources Minimum 5 years'' HR Generalist experience at junior or mid-management level Demonstrated ability to provide strong HR specialist expertise together with junior management capability Experience working with SAGE 300 and other HR Information Systems (HRIS) Proven experience managing labour and employee relations within the logistics, transport, warehousing or road freight industry Experience with CCMA and NBCRFLI matters Valid driver''s licence and own reliable vehicle Why Consider This Opportunity?
