POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Matric \/ Grade 12 qualification Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, SHEQ, or a related field Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Human Resources, with proven exposure to SHEQ responsibilities Proven experience in HR management, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, disciplinary processes, and organisational development Strong knowledge and practical understanding of South African Labour Laws and employment legislation Proven experience with SHEQ management, including risk assessments, incident\/accident investigations, compliance monitoring, audits, and maintaining risk registers. Experience working with ISO standards and certification requirements, preferably within an operational or industrial environment Experience conducting or supporting internal audits, compliance reviews, and process improvements Proven leadership and people-management experience, with the ability to coach and advise managers and employees Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, development, and exit processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Valid driver's licence. Must be willing and able to work on-site in Johannesburg.
