HR Officer - Port Elizabeth

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Maritime Industry is seeking to employ a HR Officer to join their team based in Port Elizabeth.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have their own reliable transport. Professional, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Minimum of 5 years' relevant Human Resources experience. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and South African labour legislation. Able to conduct performance reviews, handle grievances, experience working with Pastel Payroll. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Knowledgeable in working with SARS, COIDA and SEETA as well as all other external compliance measures. Responsibilities: Conduct performance reviews. Handle grievances. Work with Pastel Payroll. Work with SARS, COIDA and SEETA as well as all other external compliance measures.
