SUMMARY:
Established FMCG Manufacturing Group requires an HR Officer to provide Generalist HR support to the HR Manager, assisting with recruitment & selection, HR Administration, with a strong focus on IR Processes from Disciplinaries, chairing hearings, IR Administration, etc.

POSITION INFO:

Key Requirements:

Matric
Tertiary Qualification (Preferably a Degree)
2 – 3 Years Experience as an HR Officer in Manufacturing or a similar environment
Excellent knowledge of IR Administration and Processes
Good Computer Skills essential
