SUMMARY:

Established Manufacturing Group in northern suburbs of Cape Town requires an HR Officer to provide Generalist HR support to the HR Manager, assisting with recruitment & selection, HR Administration, with a strong focus on IR Processes including Disciplinaries, chairing hearings, IR Administration, etc.

POSITION INFO:

Key Requirements:

Matric

Tertiary Qualification (Preferably a Degree)

2 – 3 Years’ experience as an HR Officer in Manufacturing or similar environment

Excellent knowledge of IR Administration and Processes

WSP Knowledge

Strong unionized environment experience

Overseeing VIP Payroll

Good Computer Skills essential
