JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the Engineering sector has an opportunity available for an HR Officer/Administrator in the Port Elizabeth area. This will be a temporary position for 4 months.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

National Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Computer Literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
3 - 5 years’ experience in relevant field
Valid Code 08 Driver’s License & Own Vehicle
Proven experience as an HR Officer/Administrator or relevant human resources/administrative position
Basic knowledge of BCEA and Labour Laws

Duties:

Recruitment, Selection & Termination
Labour/Industrial Relations
Training and Performance Management
Employment Equity
Timekeeping
HR Administration
