Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the staffing process for both technical and non-technical roles across five dynamic countries: France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal.
• Provide strong leadership to a team of 4 recruiters, driving performance, fostering growth, and ensuring team success.
• Track and evaluate recruitment performance using KPIs, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to align on goals and expectations.
• Continuously refine sourcing strategies to meet evolving recruitment needs and champion professional development within your team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-impact recruitment.
• Proven leadership track record, ideally within the recruiting space, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards excellence.
• Experience in managing high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Business fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages (French, Dutch, or Spanish) being a valuable asset.
