Job title: HR officer Location: On-site at Mine (North-west province , 30 mins from Sun city, 60 mins from Rustenburg) Vacancy type: Full-time Salary: Market-related, depending on experience and qualifications. Duties: Manage end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, and terminations Administer payroll inputs, benefits, and employee records Draft and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation Manage employee files, leave, and attendance registers Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures Ensure compliance with South African labour laws (BCEA, LRA, EE) Handle HR administration, employee relations, and liaise with the community when required Assist with training coordination and skills development initiatives Oversee HR-related resource management within the mine Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Relations 2–5 years’ HR generalist experience (mining or heavy industry preferred) Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EE, and Skills Development legislation Proficient in MS Office and Sage Pastel Payroll Ability to work independently and handle confidential information By submitting your information and application you hereby confirm: 1.
