HRBP – Africa (French-speaking)

We’re partnering with a multinational business looking for a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner with deep experience across Africa.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or similar relevant field coupled with min 4 years of HR generalist experience
• A solid track record in HR leadership across Africa
• Strong working knowledge of various country-specific labour legislation across Africa
• Confidence to engage at C-suite level
• Ability to communicate in French (intermediate level) & English
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
• A natural ability to work across borders, cultures, and business layers
