Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role

In depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor law and HR systems.

Must have worked in the Logistics & Supply Chain Industry before

Must have worked in a highly unionised environment

Must have worked in a highly labour intensive environment
