HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGER

POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGER for a well-established growing concern – position based in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands area.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Code 08 valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.

Human Resource Management Degree or equivalent.

Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Advanced MS Word and MS Excel skills. PPT, Sage / VIP Payroll experience.

Person will be required to manage human resource management, labour law and labour relations, payroll administration and personal taxation.

10yrs+ previous working experience in human resources.

5yrs+ in a management position.

Oversee selection and recruitment.

Manage human resources administration.

Oversee time and attendance.

Provide leadership on employee relations.

Ensure statutory compliance.

Promote organisational development.

Management of payroll.

Human resources strategy and planning.

Endorse training and development.

Promote staff wellness.
