R40 000 CTC PER MONTH 

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Non-Negotiable)
• 6 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 - 6 years in a supervisory/managerial position (Non-Negotiable)
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Manage smooth running and achievement of departmental objectives and targets
• Payroll experience, BEE, EE. planning
• Implemented and managing staff training and upliftment programs
• Own reliable car and valid (Code B) Driver’s license
• Proven experience or understanding of BEE compliance and reporting is highly advantageous
• Able to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision, maintaining focus and efficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in reporting, Excel, Word, presentations
• Demonstrates a strong ability to meet deadlines and work towards specific targets/goals
