HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - RETAIL (EDENVALE)

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification required.
• A three-year tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field (e.g., Industrial Psychology) is required.
• Minimum of ten years' experience in HR, with at least five years in a management role.
• Proven experience working in the FMCG industry (highly desirable).
• Strong knowledge of South African labour law and HR practices.
• A proven track record of delivering at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
• Experience working as a member of a senior leadership team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with staff at all levels.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR information systems (e.g., Payspace).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license.
