Weekend Flexibility: OCCASSIONALLY You will need to capture content at local weekend events, open houses, or neighborhood happenings as needed, adjusting your weekday hours accordingly. Location: Hybrid (On-site for content capture\/meetings, editing and scheduling, Off-site for content capture). 🚀 What You'll Do Content Creation: Produce highly engaging short-form video (Reels, TikToks), graphics, and copy that highlights local culture, area points of interest, events, and property listings. Platform Management: Own our day-to-day presence, posting schedules, and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Campaign Execution: Coordinate digital ad campaigns (Meta Suite) and design eye-catching physical print campaigns (flyers, local magazine ads, signboards). Local Storytelling: Be the feet on the ground-interviewing local business owners, filming neighborhood guides, and positioning our agency as the ultimate local experts. 🎯 Who You Are Tech-Savvy & Innovative: You know your way around Canva, CapCut (or professional editing suites), ChatGPT, and Meta Business Suite.
