SUMMARY:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Head Chef to lead the culinary team at our award-winning lodge. The ideal candidate is hands-on, quality-driven, and experienced in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all kitchen operations and staff
Plan seasonal menus with a focus on local, fresh ingredients
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
Manage food costings, stock control, and supplier relationships
Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards (HACCP)
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Formal culinary qualification
5+ years’ experience in a senior chef role (lodge or fine dining preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Creativity, attention to detail, and a high standard of food plating
Calm under pressure and passionate about guest satisfaction
